FDP Range Extender Antenna

Fits FDP DMR800, DMR32, FDP80 and FDP EMS radios

This antenna is 34cm long and being over a 1/2 wavelength, shows an approximate gain of 3dBi.

This equates to a virtually increase in the effective output power and receive signal.

Additionally, the so called ‘picket-fencing’ or type of signal flutter that results when a vehicle is in motion is often greatly reduced when such an antenna is employed.

The difference is more noticeable when using this antenna in fringe areas and long open flats due to the low angle signal pattern.

The antenna uses a SMA female external thread connector. Can not guarantee fit on other brands of radios other than the FDP, as collar heights can vary.
